Prices

Important information:

The rates are quoted per day and apartment for the respective standard occupancy.

Extra charge for each additional person obove standard occupancy:

• Peak season:                             16.00 €
• Off- and in-between season:  14.00 €

Discounts for children

• Children from 0 to 3 (2.99) years stay free with us.
• Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Final cleaning

• Final cleaning:    37,00 €  - 40,00 €
• Washing machine                 4,00 €
• We ask guests to please bring towels with them.
  

Terms of payment

• The price are per day ( minimus stay 7 days)
• For a short-term stay until 3 nights, we apply a surcharge 15,00 € to the daily rate of the apartment.

• Payment method: 
• cash payment on the spot: the cash limit in Italy is 4,999 €
• bank transfer
• Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or EC-Card
• We ask our guests to please settle their bill no later than the evening before their departure.

Tourist tax:

• The tourist tax amounts to 2,40 €  per guest and overnight stay. Children and youths up to 14 years of age are exempt from the tax. The amount will be charged upon your departure and will be reported separately on your invoice.

Check-in & check-out:

• On arrival day, the apartments are ready for occupancy starting at 3 p.m.
• On departure day, we ask you to please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.

Reservations:

• Upon booking, we ask for the transfer of earnest money of 100 € per apartment within the following 5 days. We will send you our banking details via email. Following receipt of the earnest money, your written booking order will become binding via our written confirmation.

Cancellation policy:

• Up to two months before the beginning of your trip, no money is due. The earnest money will be refunded.
• Up to one month before the beginning of your trip, the earnest money will be withheld.
• For a cancellation of 2 weeks before the beginning of your trip, we charge up to 50% of the total price, regardless of whether or not the apartment can be re-rented.
• For a cancellation of less than 2 weeks before the beginning of your trip, we charge 70% of the total price.
  
• For early departure or late arrival, we charge the total booking amount.

Pets:

• We ask for your understanding that your beloved four-legged friends, out of respect for our other guests, are not allowed.

NEW:    Museummobil Card:

Due to the local tax increase, the Museumobil Card service will also be included in all guest passes from December 1st, 2023. Accordingly, every Guest Pass holder can claim one free entry to each of the 80 participating museums
