The Ahrntal Valley, along with the Reintal and Tauferer Tal and its 84 three-thousanders, forms the northernmost hiking region in South Tyrol. The Ahrntal, Tauferer Tal, and Reintal offer four attractive ski areas, each with its own benefits: At Speikboden, you can find the cable car with the largest elevation difference, while at Klausberg, the highest eight-person cable car in South Tyrol is available. The lift facilities in Weißenbach and Rein in Taufers are particularly popular among families and skiing beginners.
