Deposit

After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € per holiday apartment  to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before the beginning of your trip, no money is due. The earnest money will be refunded.
• Up to 30 days before the beginning of your trip, the earnest money will be withheld.
• For a cancellation of 14 days before the beginning of your trip, we charge up to 50% of the total price, regardless of whether or not the apartment can be re-rented.
• For a cancellation of less than 14 days before the beginning of your trip, we charge 70% of the total price.
• For early departure or late arrival, we charge the total booking amount.

Check-in / Check-out

On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:30. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 09:30. 

Payment Options

• We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 € (according to Italian law)
• Real-time bank transfer of the amount ( 3 days before the end of your stay)
• Bank transfer in advance

 Parking

A parking space is available for each holiday apartment.

Pets

Please understand that no pets are allowed.

Non-smoking Apartments

Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies, terraces, and in the garden area.
