Local Tax

A local tax of €2.40 per person per night is charged for individuals aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid on site.

Minimum Stay

The prices listed are based on a minimum stay of 7 nights in high season and 4 nights in low season.
For shorter stays, we charge a 20% surcharge on the daily apartment rate.

Good to know

Deposit

After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € per holiday apartment to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 60 days before the beginning of your trip, no money is due. The earnest money will be refunded.
Up to 30 days before the beginning of your trip, the earnest money will be withheld.
For a cancellation of 14 days before the beginning of your trip, we charge up to 50% of the total price, regardless of whether or not the apartment can be re-rented.
For a cancellation of less than 14 days before the beginning of your trip, we charge 70% of the total price.
For early departure or late arrival, we charge the total booking amount.

Check-in / Check-out

On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:30. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 09:30.

Payment Options

We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 € (according to Italian law), as well as by bank transfer in advance. Additionally, we accept Eurocheque cards (D), Visa, and MasterCard.

We kindly request that the bill be settled at least two days before departure.

Parking

A parking space is available for each holiday apartment.

Pets

Please understand that no pets are allowed.

Non-smoking Apartments

Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies, terraces, and in the garden area.
