The base price of the apartment remains unchanged even with fewer people.

Local Tax
A local tax of €2.40 per person per night is charged for individuals aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid on site.
Minimum Stay
- The listed prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- For short stays of up to 3 nights, a surcharge of €15.00 per night will be added to the apartment’s daily rate.
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 250 € per holiday apartment and week to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 10:00. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the apartments.
Payment Options
We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 € (according to Italian law), as well as by bank transfer in advance. Additionally, we accept Eurocheque cards (D), Visa, and MasterCard.
We kindly request that the bill be settled at least two days before departure.
Parking
A parking space is available for each holiday apartment.
Pets
Please understand that no pets are allowed.
Non-smoking Apartments
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies, terraces, and in the garden area.
